Dr. Ghoneim has more than 20 years of work experience within the development field. He has worked and held senior management positions in different countries such as; Kingdom of Bahrain, Jordan, Turkey, Iraq, Morocco, Tunisia, Pakistan, Sudan and Egypt. His expertise is in designing projects, fundraising and implementing and managing community and NGO development programs. He is a physician, a graduate from Cairo Medical University and has received his M.A. in Public Health from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, USA.

Mr. Adam has 17 years of work experience in Financial Analysis, Auditing and Accounting. His technical expertise is in providing training and technical assistance services to NGOs, international organizations, public and private sector in the fields of financial management, internal control systems, policies and procedures, financial system design and development and human resources management. He is a registered Public Accountant in Cairo.

Ms Saad has 5 years of experience in the field of Accounting tailored for the NGOs, she provided Accounting consultancy for NGOs, and she worked as a Accountant for different projects funded by Local & International Organizations like USAID, Social Fund for Development, Aga-Khan Cultural Services Egypt and Annual Publications of Egyptian Culture.

Ms. Radwan has more than 17 years of demonstrated success in the fields of project planning, implementation and management. She has worked extensively with local administrative structures in rural Egypt. Her expertise lies in designing and supervising the implementation of communication strategies and awareness raising campaigns for grassroots target audiences (community members, leaders and CSOs/NGOs) as well as governmental officials, with emphasis on gender mainstreaming in all activities; and designing and executing on-the-job training programs that include interactive group exercises. Ms. Radwan has a B.A and M.A in Political Science from the American University in Cairo and is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Italian.

Ms. Rageh has 24 years of working experience with international organizations in Egypt. Her expertise lies in managing development projects, grants management and training specifically in gender, capacity building, advocacy, governance and networking. She is a graduate of Ain Shams University, majoring in French Language and has a post-graduate diploma in Gender Relations and Analysis from the US. She has authored several publications on gender issues in Egypt and has been awarded Special Performance Award, Meritorious Honor Award and Foreign Service National of the Year Award from USAID. Ms. Rageh is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Italian.

Ms El Sayed has 18 years of experience working with NGOs, Civil Society Organizations, Health and Educational Organizations in most Egypt governorates. She has wide experience in planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation development projects, along with proposal writing skills. She worked for 14 years in projects funded by USAID /Egypt such as Save the children, NGO SC Cairo office, Healthy Mother, Healthy Child (JSI), Clinical Services Improvement (CSI) and 4 Years with CARE –International in different sectors such as Education, Environment, Health , family planning & reproductive health.

Mr. Bahaa is experienced in Capacity Building as he worked in ACDI/VOCA since 1999 as a Capacity Building Specialist till 2001 in Matrouh Gov. with Sheep and Goats large breeders (AgLink project). He also carried the responsibility of opening the first office for the organization in Upper Egypt as a region manager covering five Gov. (Giza-Fayoum-Bani Suef-Minya-Assiut) at AgLink Phase 2, where there was a pilot project working with livestock smallholders started side by side with the continuation of working with commercial Dairy and Beef farms till September 30th, 2003.From October 2003 till September 2007 he worked with ACDI/VOCA on another project called AERI (Agriculture Export and Rural Incomes) as a Region Manager. He also carried the responsibility of Project Director with CARE EL-SHAMS project (AERI Horticulture).

Ms. Hamdan has over fifteen years’ experience working in media, development and private sector in Egypt. She began her career as a reporter/producer for local and international media and established a strong track-record and reputation in covering stories, features, local politics, documentaries and news bulletins which won international awards. As a communications and public awareness specialist, she has developed and led major communications, public awareness and advocacy campaigns, especially those addressing legislative, regulatory, and public policy issues specifically on FGM. She has demonstrated successes in business development and attracting the private business sector in collaborating with NGOs in local community development. She is a leader in networking and has conducted numerous short-term consultancies in Egypt for US and international organizations. Ms. Hamdan received a B.A. from American University in Cairo in Economics and later received an M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication. She is fluent in English and Arabic with a fair knowledge of French.
