ECEEP – CAT announces the Community Grant Fund for NGOs. The selected NGOs will manage sub-grants for other local NGOs and CDAs and this will include selection and providing support to CDAs to be able to identify and address barriers to quality KGs for 4- and 5- year-old children.This announcement is targeting NGOs who are able to play the role of Intermediary Organization based on the process and criteria included in this announcement.
